Stolen time part 2: Hatched and daily scoop

stole some time today after class to go holland village to have dinner with shihua!

dinner was Hatched @ holland village. 

first visit to this outlet after evans lodge one a year back.

the food is good. still loving the sir benedict there. 

but its kinda expensive. 2 eggs on english muffin with ham and bacon for 19bucks.

went over to chip bee gardens for our fix of icecream. 

hazelnut and salted mister brown for me.

hazelnut is always an all time fav for me.

awww, how i wish have more time on my hands for some leisure time like that.

and yes yes, i am still here proscatinating and writing a rubbish no meaning no agenda blog entry. hahaha! i am ranting ( and snacking on my lotus caramelised biscuit) before i start on my work which includes a test on thursday, a group paper and an individual paper on friday. kill myself  please. 
anyway, the lotus biscuits are an absolute favourite of mine. my packet is finishing soon and i need to replenish them soooonn. super pocket size and individually packed which means i can bring them along for my mundane lectures!(:

Graduation, attended

Not my own graduation, it's xinyi's graduation!(:
Congrats!!! And I attended with Ruifen!! Chen loong and Kennie came too!(:

Awww, I love graduation! Like so fun! Can receive flowers, see all the friends you have worked with for three years, rem all the sweat and laughters shared, have all your friends coming down especially for you and feel loved!! Everyone must attend my grad okay! Hehehe!!

Of long weekend(:

Before the start of a gruesome week on Tuesday, i still had time for some fun on Sunday and Monday.
So life have been treating me nicely.
Though I am rushing out proj work due for group meetings tmr:/
Can't slack as a group leader really.

Anyway, got to meet my fav girls on Sunday!! Pushed away tuitions and reschedule them to meet up!
Had Sushi Tei for lunch tgt. Crazy amount of food but din take pics!
Too hungry so we dig in without pics in my phone!

highly recommend their nama icecream. super good but kind of expensive.
5 for $4.80 and so after gst and service charge, its gonna cost more than 1 buck for one.

ohhh, and ruifen order this two really small sushis for 6 bucks. expensiveeeee..

Haha! Great catch up(: I guess we would have to be stealing time like that for meet ups in the near future:((( sobss!!  i learn to treasure more i guess! but then sad that we can no longer  be impromtu. we used to have so much of that. singing impromtus, shopping impromtus. haixxxx.
Had tuitions for Gigi and elson after that and dad came to pick me up!(:

Monday morning tuition and then to the celebrating birthday junqi house to play mahjong!(; hehe, fav past time.
And then we went to have dinner at ban tong Clementi. It's the second best zi char in the west by lady iron chef. It's good and convenient and comes with an affordable price tag! We each paid 9 bucks only for 7 dishes! Cereal prawns is good & also the sweet and sour pork! Highly recommended(:
After that went for our desserts at the newly opened black ball at Clementi city vibe.
the birthday boy's treat! 

the grass jelly is good, but the rest was just normal. Shall go back for just the grass jelly!(: lover of grass jelly always!hehehe!anyway it's so near school so convenient!

AND LASTLY, from shihua who went to taiwan. thanks loads for lugging three boxes of these back!
 envious much though i just went!
awww, taiwan is so awesome that its never enough (at least for now!)
chia te has got to be one of the best brand of milk and sun biscuits in taipei!

school is really crazy. having more than 5 meetings in 5 days:(


 on friday after a whole day of school, went to meet joy.
was late for some time. hehehe.

tried dean and deluca to try!(:
finally, but i thought it was quite a disappointment.

 

 new yorker breakfast which was good but i think there are better choices out there.

and like a food court. have to wait for your own seats and orfer on your own. machiam like food court snatching for seats.

after that we hopped over to Paul.

max love their strawberry tart. shall make this my staple at paul. 

and ice cream at paul which is awesome. love the strawberrry and chocolate flavours. 

too bad, there are only limited flavour, and doesnt come in my favourite hazelnut. awwww. 

 

that ends friday, and so all we did from 7 to 11pm was to sit and chat and eat. 

what girls does best, doing nothing yet doing something. 

the best kind of chilling i love. 

and so on saturday, i returned to town (after tutition-ing). 

with my cousin!(: 

meet her at scotts square for lunch. wild honey was full house and we had to share tables. no way for that so we went to try marukin ramen. 

which i love v much! there was a half price going on for the ramen. and the whole set (with a drink) only costed me 12 bucks!!! cheap thrill in the expensive town. 

and then shopped at far east where we got the same pair of shoes. 

my male cousin asked us at dinner we both saw the same pair in store, then we told him , no. 

we both noticed it and were so excited before we even reached the shop. muahaha. 

and even though i have a shoes overload, i cant resist temptations. last pair for my size somemore. talk about overload later. buy first. 

and then did my nails!(:

lastly, i got a new toy for myself. 

been proscinating for so long ( ehh, one week). and decided i should just go ahead with it. 

school is so miserable and i need something to cheer me up. 

so charm bracelet it is! love it tons! 

gonna fill it with charms!(:

travel charms collection first. a horse carriage ride which i have already, so a plane charm next, a globe charm. 

one day, i want to be able to turn the globe, point at any spot and fly there. i read this somewhere and thought its pretty amazing like that.

 ohs project done at tanjong pagar mac

wednesday:
Break from projects. Had a tuition and then jq, bernard and shibam came over for mj.
mj sessions are great for catching up at the comfort of home.
had steamboat for dinner at my place tgt. my only day of fun

thursday:
 did projects at home and had tuition.

friday:
 Investment project meet up @ SMU. gruesome investment. i hate you.
but friday nights are meant for some fun! met up with shihua and her friend.
had tampopo and Paul was our choice of deserts.
not bad deserts but nothing WOW nothing. 
so far haven been there for their main courses, shall try it soon(:

sat:
ruifen and shihua came over for a short three hour mj session.
shihua and i were so lazy that we call for delivery from pastamania(:
yummy creamy chicken, i miss you so.

sunday:
the most hellish of all.
i had four tuitions to teach.
and nearly died.

thats a VVVVV boring week to have.
#school life. 

excuse me, but backlogs are fun to do!

no more day etc day etc, but i know on 14th july 2011, i celebrated my birthday with my trio members and also my dorm mates!(:

miss high tea sessions like that, and as i type till here, i apps joy who is far in vietnam to ask her go high tea tgt when she is back.

talk about random. 

and it was this special day, we shopped at shillas duty free and got myself a birthday present.

my mcm wallet which i am still using now.

and then, my dorm mates had a surprise for me!

switched off the lights when i was bathing and then told me to come out. haha.

look like a mad woman totally.

and on a day, we brought the girls to 205 again for breakfast.

cant have enough.

tried their club sandwich this time round.

and after that we went to visit the war memorial place and what nots.

another day in school. pretty backdrop yeah!

had lunch outside school(:

miss this bento super alot.

and we headed to 63 building.

took the wrong bus and we headed to the hospital.

super funny!!! i was still commenting why all old people one.

luckily it was within walking distance.

and next stop, yeoido park.

not the first time there. but love it so much we asked the girls to come too.

cycled there. so long since i cycled, had loads of fun!

going for a tour on the river.

the water here is forever cold. dont know why!

so nice for a soak.

and we went to have kong bul again.

favourite fry fry fry as we call it.

and epic moments. one moment the two was singing to kpop songs happily and the next, sh started tearing and some of the rest did too.

crazy people. cux we were leaving soon i think.

and we visited the prison place on another day!

and we visited Noryangjin once again.

cux we really miss it so much and all of us came for a second round.

and of course i rem the last day:( we had our last brunch and graduation in school and then the girls gave us a farewell dinner and we went to ho bar at hongik area  till 3 am. cabbed back to pack up and the girls helped us with our lugguage at 5.45am to the airport.

i wanna go again after posting all these.

love those nights where we go crazy and head out for fried chicken and beer at 3am, dongnaemun shopping till wee hours and the mall empties. those crazy times were awesome.

awesome shopping, cafes and amusement park.
