korea trip was a good one year bac and i was stuck at day 9 out of my 31 days trip.
din record the back parts of the trip so my days counting can stop at about day 19.
after that no more, so bear with me yeah!
and so on day 10, HAHA. feels super weird, like i just went.
ok la, went to my favouritest place- lotte world!!
i have a major thing for asumement parks!(:

and i lost my spectacles during a ride. ( it flew off during altantic adventure ride) Must be careful of the start. there is a sudden rise at the speed of 80km an hour to a height
of 21m at an angle of 72 degrees. awesome ride!

one place ticked off my bucket list- lotte world!(:
day 11- a day to rest since the previous day was too tiring for us!
we headed to 7th wave, a cafe that was just 5 mins walk away from our dorm.
super awesome drinks, i love their iced chocolate so much!
we were there to do our project- me, shihua and pam!
and then they acc me to do my specs. what an experience!
language barrier- chicken and duck talk but we managed to do it!
140 bucks and i am still wearing it after 1 year!
and we had korean bbq!(: @ cozy grill where we pass by everyday of our 31 days there.
and then we strolled to a cafe for desserts!
Cafe Luwak. we all have sweet tooth one.
so nan de.

day 12.
skipped school and met up with project mates for lunch just outside school. nice side dishes, yet to find good ones in singapore!:(
brinjals, potatoes, beancurd, beansprouts! all free.
and after that, pam, sh and me left to go cafe ti-amo. also near school(:
a happy girl is me.
met up with the rest and we were off for NANTA!
a cooking show that was non-verbal.

went to have dinner with friends' friends. had a group of 20 plus!
like class outing. haha!

and i wrote 12000 won =expensive dinner.
now think of it quite okay ah, 15 bucks sing. haha! other meals must have been v cheap.
and we went to the flagship Hello kitty cafe at Hongik.
chanced upon it while shopping so we had a rest there.
pretty kitties on drinks which had to be destroyed in the end.

day 13.
poon school. no one really studies on exchange! we all managed to pass with flying colours still.
we all went for breakfast at 205 degrees cafe! its really a fanastic place. i miss it so much.

ten bucks includes this and a cup of hot chocolate in pretty cups.

went to Dongaemun to shop, one train station away cux we had to return for korean classes. hehe.
and xiano killed sometime herself shopping and then we met her friends for dinner(:

day 14.
we had a ten person trip again!(:
this time to namdemun, where we all did specs!!!
80 bucks, we had more than 10 specs order so can cut prices easily!
and then to isadong. we went for this famous restuarant for dumplings!
and hanged out @ insadong which has artistic vibes.

its really a seafood heaven and it was mad good.

it requires a plane ride from seoul to jeju! an hour before we arrived on an island 2.5 times bigger than singapore and everything there is spacious!
its not a city place, more relaxing, very slow paced!
seeing the date on my com, if would make more sense if my post was dated 4th aug 2011 instead of 2012. but well, better late than never!
not gonna post on every detail cux i wont have remembered lah, so its some places that we visited!
1st: Trick art musuem
it's a fun place to hang out with friends and take loads of pictures and have some fun laughing at those silly poses!

2. Love musuem
must visit! many spots to take pictures and well, with xiano around, she kept forcing us to take many weird pics! fun place which is nice to take a stroll in!(:
and it was created by graduates of Seoul's Hongik University.

3. Green tea museum
tons of green tea and if you are a fan of green tea products, can try it there.
their ice cream and green tea cakes are good stuff!(:
4. Manjanggul lava tube (2000 won, student price 1000 won).
it has natural air conditioning and i tot it was quite fun to stroll in the underground(:
not difficult to complete and no gruelling steps which i so hate.
5. Seongsan Ilchubong or sunrise peak.
the main attraction of jeju and its part of the new 7 wonders of the world.
its refreshing up there and worth the tiredness.
see the strong and the weak. i obviously belong to the latter.

6. teddy bear museum
its quite small, but the outdoor parts were quite pretty.
still love this photo of bamboo after so long!
and there is rippley's believe it or not opposite teddy bear musuem, if time permits, can take a look since already there isnt it!
7. glass castle musuem
nothing much, all made of glass, photo opportunites are ample too!
diamond (glass) rings are a girl's best friend.
donned in polka dots! we had a polka dots theme that day! hehe!
8. the lake meets the sea place i think! very scenric.
9. all in house
This is the house the famous Korean drama series "All In" was filmed. It is like a museum that provide everything about the drama.
and most imporantly, i celebrated my early birthday there with trios, my first but not last celebration in 2011. i had 3 infact, more on those next time!
surprise celebration at the pantry area of the place we stayed in- tae gong gak inn and guessthouse.
i wasnt feeling well, and the girls went out to get cake and mr pizza for a mini celebration(:
very sweet of them but that night was the starting of our sickness.
yes, the three of us fell sick consecutively.
me first (#weak), then shihua and lastly, xiano also fell sick.
some sort of food posioning.
and me and xiano din bring any medication, who knows this will happen since it was only a 4 days 3 nights at jeju.
so the three of us shared the medication that bamboo brought along and luckily it saved us.
haha, i developed mr pizza phobia and xiano developed ginseng chicken phobia, cux that was what we vomitted out.
we din know the reason, perhaps the water or the seafood we ate there.
so we spent the last day of our jeju trip in our room.
we literally slept the entire day off:/
best rest for the entire korea trips of 31 days!
