day 4, when we all wore dresses and matching shoes. its a girl thing(:

DAY 4: and we are off to taipei city hall area! 

first stop was my ORANGEBEAR. my favourite online site for buying clothes. 

the two girls accompanied me for about two hours there. really touched! 

and i bought 9 pieces of clothes there! became a member straight!

make a pact with myself that it shall be the first stop for the next tw trip!! 

so i dont have to bring much clothes there, good idea yeah!

thought it will be hard to find, cux uncle's tour guide had to search before knowing where it was. 

but we found it in like 5 mins after exiting from the mrt. 

talk about our best gps- joy!

had to enter #3502 to enter! 

like entering those houses kind, quite interesting.

and you can see who won. the one who can talk and talk and act sad for two hours in the shop.

and after that, it was CAFE visiting.

awesomely good pesto pasta. 

 

club sandwich, always a fav of mine! 

 

truffle fries is the bomb! 

 

and the show stealer, super pretty, it brings a wow to us when it is brought to us. (not to mention by cute waiter!) 

did i mention all their waiters and waitress are pretty and suave one. 

and super polite, they kneel to take your orders. 

 

they leave it there for you to take pics before coming back to cut it up for you to eat easily. 

talk about amazing service. 

 

all cut up, and its the best honey toast ever. not that i tried alot before la. 

but you know the heavenly feeling. 

good quality icecream- haagen daaz. the best custard. 

 

 left the cafe feeling super satifised. 

and then we went to roam about city hall area, mostly shopping mall. and of course the famous eslite bookstore. 

bought books there(: still haven read much of it. so much distractions in life. urgh. 

then we had yogurt. yumms. actually to rest feet. super tired. 

cabbed over to this awesome place- EZ5 bar. 

they had lin xinyi to sing that night we went(: a night to chill(: 

with drinks that are super strong ( alcohols in tw are too cheap is it!) 

and tons of side dishes. 

super worth it for 35 sing dollars. 

cabbed home at midnight! its the first time we cabbed! 

hehe, you have that from the cabbing queen.

a fulfilling day, i must say! 

TAIWAN, on a replay mood as i write

The third day!(: and its a trip to JIUFEN!

same every morning, prepare and shots before leaving the hotel!(:

 

the girl is at it again! muahaha! 

 

travelled to  taipei main station and from there take the train north to Ruifang Station. From Ruifang take the Keelung Transit bus from the bus stops in front of the train station to Jiufen(:

should buy food for the train ride, its a pretty awesome experience.
buy food outside ruifang. tons of choices! we had fried chicken, koi and how sweet bakery for our return journey!(: 

 

 finally reached JIUFEN- a very pretty place!
go during weekdays to avoid mad crowds.
it was crowded but manageable as we went during weekdays!(:

 

and the eating begins!(:

 

 hooked on taiwanese sausage!(: and the peanut wrapped with icecream!

the one we tried here is even better than the one at ximending! 

 

 nice scenery though the scorching sun means we hide in the shelther fast!

 

and it was this shop that we stayed for more than an hour! 

buying postcards and stamping all the stamps that they provide them! 

the post boxes that can drop postcards to lovers(:

 

for friends! i managed to drop one for shihua. but din manage to have those i wanted to send address:(

after that, travelled back to taipei and went to shida!
